Unauthorized charges from an employee after I checked out of the hotel and the maintenance man and the manager spreading false accusations about me and telling me I cant stay at the hotel anymore. Sept. 6, 2023 a charge of $100. was made from an employee and I called the hotel and she said she did, I have not been refunded and Jan 1, 2024 the employee did the same thing and charged my card for $100.00 and have not been refunded. it is fraud it is stealing ,she got the info from the computer system and saved my debit card info and charged my card and trying to ignore the situation and making false accusations that I smoke in the hotel room and lying about it and making a scene in front of people. I have not been refunded and its been 8 months. Resolution Sought refund me the $200. with a personal check, I no longer have the account, compensation for the false statements and accusations that were made toward me if not at that hotel then elsewhere. I have been discriminated and treated unfairly and the staff is getting away with there actions.
