Went to comfort inn on e street Chula Vista prior to our last stay mostly to use jacuzzi and pool! They were not working we accepted that and didn't complain! Went back a few weeks later! Called first asked if jacuzzi was in working order! Both staff members at front desk said it was working. We drove to hotel and asked before checking in if the jakuzzi was working? They said yes! We checked in went to room ! Ate ! And went down to find a non-working jakuzzi! Front desk people said sorry! And recorded all the info saying they cannot refund the credit card ! But the manager in the morning will do so! (Only reason we stayed ) they said they would give us a refund! They never did! So now they lied 5 times! I want my $142.42 back. All they had to do is tell the truth first time we called and we would have gone to another hotel. Resolution Sought Give voucher for a free night Or refund our money.
