Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Called for service and said that there's a young child with severe asma and ac was not working. Tech came out and said we needed some refrigerant.Charged the unit and went on his way. I called the company back 1 week later with the same issue. The part on the line next to where they charge the unit /dryer/ was rusted out and should have been replaced or brought to my attention. I had a second company come out to replace the dryer and recharge the unit..yet another service fee for me. Comfort Plus just wanted more money to come back out and run more test and me to pay 250 on top of any repairs and parts and labor. No way am I ever going to refer this company to anyone ever. NOT happy at all with Comfort Plus. Resolution Sought I would like a refund due to the service tech should have been more accurate and observed a part that was in need of being replaced before another breakdown. This part had a leak when they came out....this is way unit was loosing refrigerant.
