10/17/2019 we had them come put in a new heating and air conditioning system in our home in May 2020 we called them because our air conditioning wasn't working they came out three times that year due to the lines freezing up and Freon needing to be filled but in between them coming out and us contacting them we were without cooling for at least two three week at a time.at one point John diamond came out to see what the problem was and said we had the wrong system in our home and that he would get this resolved and one of his boys would be out her the first spring to put in a new system. we started contacting them at the first of May to find out when this would happen mostly them not responding to us we then got a hold of John diamond who told us he would have his son Josh contact us they set up appointment with us and never showed up.so we started contacting them again set up on ther applications didn't show up started contacting them again onther guy called us set up appointment to come out we explained our issue the guy said he remembered us from the year before and that it was not worth coming out he had told Josh yhe owner our system was to big for house and needed to be changed out last year when he had come out.the owner then text Jeremy and told him we were to demanding and to find someone else also told us on several occasions they were going out of business. The top condenser is leaking Resolution Sought Come out replace our system as agreed to do.our give us our money back so we can get a new one put in.
