I booked a room there for my kids to swim and get away why I had contractors at my home. The front desk knew my neighbors we booked here because it was said it was heated pool it was infact not. The room was filthy the smoke detector was out of the wall and there was cigarette ashes in the drawer the toilet had pee and hair on it and would not flush. I told the lady we were just going to leave because my husband was at work and my dog was home and that we would come back she said we can just come back to swim and asked me what I wanted to do. A few minutes later I went back and asked to speak with her and she was gone I told the man at the front desk about the condition of the room and pool and he asked me for my key card and checked me out. They never checked me out and when I called back the next day the lady proceeded to tell and scream at me calling me a liar. When she wasn't the one that took my complaint Resolution Sought They need inspection as the rooms were not safe, clean and the supervisor was very confrontational and called me a liar and refused to refund me after an hour we left. I wanted a refund.
