Made reservations for two rooms on Feb 23, hotel staff called me 48hrs prior to tell me they were booked and no rooms were available. This was a 13 hour drive for a duberal so I canceled and booked elsewhere online. The hotel still charged me and now not responding to anyone. Do whats right and refund my money please this is not my fault Resolution Sought Refund
