I put 3244 down payment on Aug 17. They start work on a walk in shower in a few days after final measurements. That was Aug of 2021. They started work on Dec 6 2021. the work took two days, they sawed thru an adjacent wall leaving a twelve inch scar. They plumbed the new drain and caused a leak on an adjacent pipe .I now have a leak in my finished basement which they refuse to repair until the balance is paid $6600. The shower cannot be used at present because of the leak they repaired the hole they made in the bedroom and finished the shoddy work in the bathroom I want the leak repaired before I pay the balance and they refuse is this how they do business usually? Resolution Sought Fix the leak that they caused and I'll pay them
