Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Command Productions is a full service CD reproduction center that specializes in making CD covers, and CDs in bulk. I am a recording artist that has put my trust in Command Productions for the last 20 years and never had a complaint with their work and integrity. My problem is that I have all my Master Tapes and Recordings housed with them, and since I have concerts coming up in NY in October, I need several hundred CDs made so I can sell them at my shows. The problem is I have been calling C.P. almost daily for 2 months now and all I get is a voicemail saying " your business is very important, were either away from our desks or busy with customers right now, but leave a message and we'll get right nack to you immediately ".....and I NEVER get a call back or ever get someone to answer the phone. The owners name is Warren Weigant and this is not the situation I ever experienced before. I have over $100,000 worth of my studio recordings housed with them , and Im very concerned that theyre either out of business or in deep financial trouble. My whole 50 year recprding career is on those Master Tapes, and Im doomed if they're gone, lost or stolen. I live in Hawaii so i cant go knock on their door. Resolution Sought I would like to get 100 CDs reproduced ASAP and my Master Tapes back if this is how their business is going to treat me.
