The business advertised and wrote me a contract to provide topsoil delivered with sod installed guaranteed. They asked for $125 down payment and the remaining fee upon installation. I have a copy that I sm pasting to you if the contract and I zelled the down payment as asked by the owner. After he got my money he ignored numerous calls and emails from me. This is a copy of his contract and I have bank statements and emails to prove I paid the down payment and he vanished.
