Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

Purchased aquarium heater for $51.44. Had one e year warranty. Heater quit heating after four months. Tried to contact Commodity Axis, they only have voice mail. After several messages, still no answer. Have sent several emails and no answer. Sent email to their sales department and said I need to talk asap. They replied, "How may we help." As soon as I told them my problem, they also started ignoring me. To this day few months after unable to get any response or help. Seams company is only interested in getting your money and could care less about customer service or helping customers. Below is a copy of the email I sent to them. Email sent.: I purchased a Via Aqua Titanium aquarium heater 500watt, on Jan 1, 2021. The heater no longer heats. Lights on dial show temperature but won't heat. Would like to return for replacement. Item number is 006903735605. I payed $51.44 with Debit card and should show in your computer. Please advisement how to return for replacement. My number is 513-***-****. Thank you. Resolution Sought Have money refunded or heater replacement. I have bought another heater since, different brand from different company. Had no choice. But would like refund or replacement. Thank you.
