I was trading in my 2015 Nissan Frontier, told they will give me $21,000 + and I agreed to a lease. We found the vehicle wanted. Edwin , the sales rep, informed me I will be in it by the new year. I'm sitting and calling several times and they kept telling me its not here or its not ready yet . Mean while I was asked for a $500.00 holding deposit. Got a call around mid March with a call to come look at a truck. Nothing like I wanted or put my deposit on. . So I had Edwin send me photos and the truck had nothing I wanted or ordered, and totally a different color. So I told him he could forget it and asked for my $500.00 returned. I have called several times and when sent to the Nissan dealership. I was put on hold and eventually disconnected. I just want my money back and I will totally delete them from my life and business. I hope you can help or at least point me in the right direction. Resolution Sought Pay back my $ 500.00.
