I was involved in an auto accident and the other driver was at fault and his insurance, Commonwealth, is supposed to pay for my medical care and is not doing so. Resolution Sought Pay what they are supposed to pay

6.2.22 Customer states the company has not paid any settlement as indicated. 4.11.22 Nothing has been paid by the fraudulent insurance company,Commonwealth, and they will not respond to me or to Arizona Chiropractic. They are lying when they responded that payment has been sent

The claims department had the treatments from the invoice received by Arizona chiropractic reviewed by an independent medical professional and offered them a fair settlement amount for what was reasonable and customary treatment. To date they have not provided a rebuttal to the independent medical professional findings.
