The claims department had the treatments from the invoice received by Arizona chiropractic reviewed by an independent medical professional and offered them a fair settlement amount for what was reasonable and customary treatment. To date they have not provided a rebuttal to the independent medical professional findings.

Someone hit my car on 8/27 at 930pm. I was stopped at a red light and he rear ended me. I called the police and report was written. I contacted his insurance provider and no one has contacted me yet, and it's been a week. I keep getting the run around and being told that an inquiry will be sent to the claims adjuster then they will contact me. Well when is that going to happen! I don't see why people choose these rinky dink a** insurance companies. It's frustrating because everyone I speak to barely speaks English! Resolution Sought Your insurer read ended me at a red light reaching for a damn milkshake so I want my car repaired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are a few insurance companies with Commonwealth in their name please also verify if the accident occurred with an insured from our company
