An very disappointed that the ATM at the Market Street Location is out of service on several times that I have tried to use it. Out of the past 5 times that I have tried to get cash, it's been out of service twice. Don't know why I bothered getting a debt card. Resolution Sought Make sure this is updated. Tired of seeing notes saying out of service I can be reached by Text only. I have a speech impediment. Thank you

Company states: Please be advised that Community Bank, N.A., has reviewed the matter and determined the ATM is now fixed and in working order as of 6/18/2024. The ATM was out of order due to two internal pieces malfunctioning over a few days in early June. Service calls were placed when these issues were found and the malfunctioning pieces were fixed or replaced. Since the week of June 3rd-7th we have not had any further issues with the ATM and it is back up and running. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this caused. Community Bank, N.A. and its predecessors have been serving upstate New York, Western New England and Northeast Pennsylvania for over 150 years. We take great pride in serving our communities and in being a responsible corporate citizen.
