I've been calling for a little over a year. The same problem I called about water going behind my tub. They never called me back. They would always say let them talk with management about the situation. I'm just sick and tired of the run around. Resolution Sought I would like for them to return my call. Send someone out here. This tub cost too much money for them not to set up a time for them to come out.
