Had a water heater installed and new hardware. The water heater at Lowes was 700.00 they first quoted 2400.00 for new and install. I said no so they lowered it to 1800.00. So I actually paid 1100.00 for installation. I am a senior and everyone told me they ripped me off. Resolution Sought I want a refund of the overcharge for labor.
