They are low staff they think they don't have to take care of the people

They are low staff they think they don't have to take care of the people of their company as in the residence not given them a proper shower or proper clothing change or proper bedding this needs to stop.
I would like them to start taking better care of the residents the way they deserve to be took an care of up there are 80 to 90-year-old people in this place there are 74 residents in this place that probably was at one point in World War II or World War I. We are so big and bad talking about we need to take care of our army or navy people but yet this nursing home Community Northview Care Center is not doing their job the right way
