Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I purchased health insurance with them 10/29/22 . I canceled it the very next morning because my doctor did not accept it after being told they did. I have been trying to get my refund from them ever since. I was told today 2/15/23 they are still working on it. They took it out of our account that day,but they say they have to issue it back to me in check form. I am so very frustrated. We live on a very fixed income and could use that money back. Resolution Sought I just want the 373.54 back as quickly as possible.
