I had a turbo I need to get new seals. They said they would rebuild it for 450.00 need 2-3 days Ok fine .I called them after a week. Said they were waiting for parts and would call when done. 2 weeks no calls. Called and asked about it and they didn't know he would check on it and call me right back. No calls 2 more days. Called again got disconnected and then called them back they had to check on it, 15 minutes later said it was done. Put it on motor and filled it with oil before putting on oil line. Pressure filled oil system cranked motor several times to bleed fuel system. When it started ,check oil gauges (60lbs) oil and checked for any leaks at idle. Motor is on generator, switched from idle to run speed and getting a tink tink sound in turbo. Pulled Turbo, called TCI said bring it in and we will check it. Took it to them in there box, the person who I gave it to said that's not our turbo. I said no, it's one you fixed for me. He said a technician would check it. Called next day had not looked at it, would call when it was checked out. Week later I called they told me I run it with out oil and damage the shaft. No warranty. They said they couldn't find a shaft. I told them to send it to me. Waited week no turbo. Called they said they check on it and call me right back. No call so called again a couple days later. They didn't know would check on it and said it was boxed with a tracking number. Received it next day. Resolution Sought Full refund and time lost. Apologize for not doing what I needed done. Tell the truth.
