I entered into a contract with Complete Solar on December 27, 2023. The agreement involved the installation of solar panels on my property, a service for which Complete Solar was engaged. While Complete Solar completed the installation of the solar panels, they have failed to fulfill their obligation to contact SCE (Southern California Edison) to finalize the hookup. Despite my own efforts, including numerous phone calls and attempts to reach out to the company, they have been unresponsive and completely unavailable. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I even visited their listed office address, only to discover that the office does not exist. This discovery raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and reliability of Complete Solar as a service provider. As a result of Complete Solar's failure to fulfill their contractual obligations and their lack of responsiveness, I am now seeking the assistance of your advocacy group. I believe with your support, we can work towards a prompt resolution to this matter and ensure that Complete Solar takes the necessary steps to rectify the situation. Your expertise and advocacy efforts are crucial in holding companies like Complete Solar accountable for their actions and ensuring fair treatment for consumers like myself. I sincerely hope that you will consider taking on my case and providing the necessary assistance to resolve this issue expediently. Resolution Sought To get Complete Solar to remove the panels and restore my roof, also to repair my electrical panel which they damaged after starting a fire.

First off, we started in December 2022 here we are 2024 they quoted us 25k now they're saying we owe 65k we still don't have anything ready correctly. They said we owed Edison only supposed to be $12-$15 max but that was a lie. Complete solor and Everbbright is a complete joke. Somebody needs to shut these places down. It cannot be legal to keep ripping off taxpayers. Resolution Sought Take all this crap back and shove it. I'm better off with just Edison.
