Consumer alleges your company has not removed the solar panels even though this has been canceled for months. Consumer agreed to get solar panels with your company back in September 2021. The panels were installed right away and the permit from the city was sent in November. The panels were installed however they were never connected. He called to find out what was going on, he spoke to Mr. Kirkpatrick who told him someone would be out to finish it. That never happened, therefore he called him again to cancel. Mr, Kirkpatrick agreed to cancel without hesitation. When consumer questioned if he knew why it was being canceled he said it must be due to the length of time it has taken your company to complete the work. Consumer was assured it was canceled. A technician later showed up wanting to complete the work. Consumer did not allow him because he has already canceled. He called customer service and canceled again because there was nothing in the system of the previous cancellation. The representative assured him it was canceled and that the panels would be removed. To date no one has removed the panels, instead he received a message wanting to schedule an appointment to finish the work. Consumer wants your company to remove the panels and restore his roof. Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to remove the panels and restore his roof.
