Ordered medical equipment Over 90 days ago Still have not received, When I asked about delivery I am told 2 to 3 weeks or 3 to 6 weeks. Told today, If I change my order they will get it out today...... The lack of effort and/or information that they have provided shows Absolutely no effort to resolve a problem . You would think that providing a timely manner of delivery of the products purchased and paid for, especially in the medical industry, might be a priority for the company. From my experience not only is it not a priority, it is not a concern at all to the company. Resolution Sought To stay on top of customer service should be every business number one priority.

We are a retailer for these products and do not manufacturer them, unfortunately, the global supply chain issues that have affected many industries have affected the ability of many of our manufacturers to get raw materials they need the make and deliver products in a timely manner. This isn't affecting just our business but each and every dealer of these products and the products on this order have had back order issues with every dealer across the world. We have tried our best to keep customers up to date on if an item is back-ordered and when that happens when they will be delivered but our information is only as good as we can get from the product manufacturer and we don't have any insight into the supply chain that is causing these backorders. We care deeply about getting customers their medical supplies as quickly as possible but with a global backorder some products have not been delayed. We can always help assist in finding replacement products from different manufacturers and have offered this customer that option.
