Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I've had two separate issues with the company now. In September of 2023, I ordered almost 100 US dollars worth of items and paid almost 40 dollars for international shipping to Qatar, where I live (I am an American, living abroad). The package never made it through customs and was returned. I emailed the company while the package was stuck in customs to enquire about the address on the label and if something was wrong. And since the package not arriving , I have emailed and called numerous times to enquire about a refund or replacement. The company has not answered my enquiries. Not realizing the company's incomplete knowledge of moral and legal responsibilities, I made a second order, this time being sent to my US shop and ship mailing address. This package arrived, but the items inside were not the items I ordered! I emailed the company to complain, and sent screenshot of what was ordered and what was sent, and they promptly denied my request, stating it was the same manufacturer of the product I ordered. I still have not received a response to my enquiry about the package that never arrived and I am extremely disappointed in the way I was sent something I didn't order, as if it was what I ordered. I feel tricked and upset at the money I've spent with this company. I would like a refund and I want accountability in their processes as a means of this not happening again with other customers. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for both my order that did not arrive and for the item that was delivered but was not what was advertised.

I ordered some knee high compression hose 2XL I have purchased them before except I ordered XL well the 2XL are smaller than the XL. I want to send them back for a refund but they don't issue a refund. Resolution Sought Send a prepaid return label and issue a refund not a credit or exchange
