Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I dropped off my laptop on Sept. 10 2021. It needed a new hinge. They told me 3-5 days for part to come and a week after that for repairs. I waited that time and called for an update. It wasn't ready and they would call after that. I called weekly for updates. Got the same story tech is still working on it and he will call me. He never did, until December 8th when I got very upset with receptionist and he told me the part that came was broke and they had to order a new one and was expected the next day or so. I waited another week and called same story. I called week of Christmas and was told it would be ready the week of New Years. It is now the 25th and nothing. I spoke to them today and said the tech is still working on it. I said I want my laptop back and they tell me I can't have my property back until it's fixed per their policy. Resolution Sought I want my property back and money. They have had it long enough.
