I have been very satisfied with Computer 360 out of India for over 7 years.

I have been with the company for over 7 years and have always been treated well by them. They have been honest, efficient, and dependable. I don't understand why anyone would say anything bad about them. I renewed my contract with them until 2023 because they have been such a blessing to me over many, many years. Thank you for helping me in so many ways.

Poor customer service!

To management of 360 tech; I have not complained about your service because it's been very good! But very recently I have called for help. I called on May 29th, sonny responded but in a fashion and tone that sonny voiced with me on May 29th. When he (sonny) expressed his opinion about my calling to often in a tone that angered me! I admit the problems I had is I sometimes I am curious to download programs that seems interesting, and I know I should control this curiosity which I will. But I really don't appreciate this kind of response! Now, I called on May 29th for help with downloading, which I was told by sonny to do, and as of yet today June 2nd I have been ignored! I have to assume I am being taken to the woodshed. Tell me do I have to call again? Let them know I logged this complaint!
