I would like for them to learn to be more professional and communicate with their customers in a better manner. Honestly they should just close down t

Took my laptop to this place on 12/31 for my hinges being broken only to have them to tell me after a week later that the palm rest underneath the system was all broken. But after calling and going to the place standing out in the rain trying to get into this location no one comes to door after leaving the place 20 min later they returned call saying it was broken the woman they have working there has a very bad attitude and if I was a very ignorant woman I would have smacked the mess out of her cause she was very rude. I highly do not recommend anyone take their business there it's horrible and the people that work there are very unprofessional.
