Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My late husband has shares in three USA company's managed by the Broker Computershare. I have sent through documents requested since October 2023 for the transfer of the stock amounts into his deceased estate. They refuse. They don't listen, don't respond and they keep insisting that each of the 4 transfer application forms must have a Medallion Signature Guarantee stamp. I am from South Africa and no institute does the Medallion signature guarantee stamp here. It can only be obtained in the USA. We cannot wind the estate since last year because they will not accept the fact that we don't have the stamp here. OUR ESTATE IS IN LIMBO! They take about two weeks to respond and never ever call. I went onto to all the social media platforms and I was devastated to find out that they have so many unhappy Clients going through exactly the same thing and most are in the USA. This is unacceptable! They have to be held accountable. Resolution Sought I need the shares transferred immediately! The late estate is at a standstill until this happens. The Master of the High Court in South Africa is not accepting what Computershare share is doing.

To assist us with identifying the account in question, we ask that Ms. Johnston-Akook please resend her request with any information have already provided, and include the following information: Name of the security and/or stock The name in which the account is registered, exactly as it appears on the statement and/or certificate All possible mailing addressees Account number The stock certificate number (if known) CUSIP number as it appears on the certificate (if known) Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number associated with the account (if you wish to release this information) For security reasons, we recommend that Ms. Johnston-Akoon do not release the account number or Social Security Number via e-mail. We ask that she resubmit her request with the information listed, to the address listed below.
