Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I scheduled a class after hours and canceled it a hour later with a email. I was told I can't cancel and I will not be refunded. My only option is to reschedule class or lose my money. Resolution Sought Refund my money.
