Unprofessional manner with staff and doctors all around.
Unprofessional manner with staff and doctors all around. I had a medical appointment at 10:30 am and was not seen until after 12 with no explanation as to why they took so long to see me. To top it off, the office did not have any of my medical imaging to begin with and that's the reason why I had an appointment. I left that office feeling like an animal. Have their staff fully re-trained in customer service and communication skills, as they are lacking it.
