I purchased $4400 worth of product. Vinyl plank flooring, carpet and kitchen cabinets. The owner Leslie Hammond apparently was not paying their installers. Also they were taking orders and not placing the orders and giving excuses of covid ect. As an excuse to add more time since no order was ever placed. Then one day a few weeks ago I received a phone call from my contact person Deno that said the owner had a stroke and they were temporarily closed. He later shut his phone down so no contact could be made. I've used this company many many times in the past for carpet and never had any problems. This is very disturbing. Resolution Sought I would expect a full refund of every penny I spent.
