Consumer states; Did poor workmanship & had to redo it 3 or 4 times before they did it right. Said it would take 2 weeks and it's been over a month. I had to buy the tile, grout, metal trim fixtures & shower door on top of the original price of $19,840. I've paid them $21,854 & they want another $3 to $5 thousand dollars, they broke the first shower door during installation chipped my sink and replaced it with a sink 3inches taller, also the faucets are under my shelf and hard to get at. They chipped my floor tiles and put 1/2 round molding to cover it. They were going to put in a corner seat but at the last minute the tile man said it was too small, so didn't recommend it, so they didn't put it in, when they replaced the sink they also flooded my bathroom. Resolution Sought Consumer states; I don't think I owe them anymore money. I would like the right height sink put in. Mine was a 30" and they put in a 33".

This customer doesn't want to pay us and she is using all the excuses in the world why not to pay I would like to speak to one of your representatives so I can provide all the necessary proofs and facts about this job She is using unrealistic reasons why not to pay. We have a contract, we did everything by the book We waited 2 weeks after we signed the contract, pulled permits, have a witness form signed She is aware that finish materials are not included in the price and she keeps mentioning that she paid us in full Even during the job she said, let me pay you in a month, I ran out of money now, that was 45 days ago and I still completed the job, we passed all the inspections. She owes us $3,900 and keep dodging us. She even lied and said that we damaged her sink - we went ahead and bought her a new sink without asking questions. We did her bedroom window, she claimed that the casing wasn't flood enough although we did a retrofit window and we didn't touch the casing, she came with a flashlight to inspect the casings, we sent a painter Just to make her happy. She yelled and screamed on my guys and in my self occasionally, We are a reputable licensed company, I would never risk my reputation for a 19k job. She probably feels that she paid enough for her but it doesn't mean that my guys are not deserve to get paid. Every single thing that she wanted us to do in the middle of the job we did, she literally abused us. And we still complied with everything. We even redid her plumbing. My biggest mistake was that I agreed not to get paid and I still finish the job. I should have stopped. Who can I talk to so I can provide you all the information that you guys need so you will see it whenever did anything there is misconduction or poor quality on this job?

My concern with Concierge Home Remodeling was very poor work, overcharging & taking too long. They had to keep coming back & redo things that were done very poorly, they took 3 months to do the job they said would take 2 weeks & I've payed them 25,120.52 when it was suppose to take 2 weeks & it took 3 months. They chipped my sink & had to replace it but put one in that was 3" taller so the handles were up under a shelf—couldn't use it. They broke the first shower door putting it in & had to get another one & flooded my bathroom while putting in the sink. It's been one thing after another. The workmanship was so poor they had to keep coming back to redo things. Sometimes 3 to 4 times. The foreman never caught them. I had to show him. I'm sending pictures. They said it was done. I had to call & make them come back & fix it. I'm hoping something can be done so this does not happen to someone else. P.S. I did not yell & scream at anyone.

This information is not accurate. You kept changing versions all throughout the project. This project is done with four project managers. You've been ramping on our crew and raging on them over the project, blaming us for things that we never did or never got involved with like casing for your windows, you claimed that we shipped your sink, and we change it because of the benefit of the doubt although we never touched your sink. You claimed that we did poor worksmanship in the middle of the job before we even patched anything. Then you took pictures of the drywall that was being worked on although we never finished and you start raging on my guys and never let us work. You stood with a flashlight on your drywall and marked existing flaws that were there before we even came. We still took care of it just because we're being nice, you told us that you're going to pay us next month because you're on social security and we still finish the job and you still didn't pay us in full until today. You blamed ask for things that are not related to our work and we still came to fix it just because we wanted to keep you happy. The job did not take 3 months, it took one week over the contract.
