I had an approved auto service repair on 11-20-23, which I paid $160.33. Concord has not reimbursed me and has violated the terms of our Auto Service Contract. I've emailed and called on numerous occasions. Resolution Sought Refund me the $160.33!

I Personally Bought a Extended Warranty For my Wife Car Bought in the Fall of 2022 a Nissan 2018 Kicks Used 22,000 miles Then January 2, 2024 A Engine light came on We took the Car to Nissan They told me that The Car needed to Diagnose for the light - P0101/ Auto throttle body Fault/ So I tried to get in touch with the Extended Warranty Company And to this day January 9, 2024 The have not returned my Phone calls or Emails Concerning this Matter I was Told to Email the Claims Manager @ MSolomon @ConcordAutoProtect.com So did Email (3) Times Still no Reply Resolution Sought I Want All of my Money back for this Car Coverage And Also for Another Contract for 2020 Sierra Denali Pick up of $ 1500.00 This Company has shown that they can not be Trusted Total Refund of all Money Paid to this Company Thank you
