Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have been a client at Concord Counseling since 2005 or maybe longer then that. I got suspended from having services at Concord Counseling which means that I can't see my therapist at Concord Counseling anymore at all and I can't see my psychiatrist anymore at all. The reason why I got suspended from the services at Concord Counseling is because I broke some rules there and I was bothering other clients there. The clinical director said that I need to find services somewhere else and not Concord Counseling anymore at all. I don't think I should be suspended at Concord Counseling because I have been there since 2005 or maybe longer then that. Instead of suspending me from the services at Concord Counseling my therapist should work with me on my behavior and attitude and following the rules of Concord Counseling. Also, my psychiatrist should work with me on the problems that I'm having. Also, Concord Counseling should work with me to. I feel like my therapist, my psychiatrist, and Concord Counseling are giving up on me and that hurts me very much. I don't think my therapist, my psychiatrist, and Concord Counseling should give up on me. They should work with me instead of giving up on me. I don't want to be suspended from the services at Concord Counseling. I want to be given another chance with having services at Concord Counseling. Please help me resolve this issue. Resolution Sought I want Concord Counseling to give me another chance with having services with them. I deserve another chance with Concord Counseling. If I am given another chance with Concord Counseling I promise that I won't break the rules and I promise that I will leave the other clients alone for good. Please help me so I can still have services at Concord Counseling.

Company states: Our agency received the client complaint. Due to confidentiality and federal HIPAA laws, we are unable to respond to this complaint. All clients of our agency are provided information on how to file a grievance within our organization if they are dissatisfied with any aspect of their treatment. Concord Counseling Services takes all complaints seriously and will work to resolve the concerns to the best of our ability.

In our response to your rebuttal. I enclosed information (to BCA for review) on our grievance process. As noted in our previous letter, due to confidentiality and federal HiPAA laws we are unable to respond to this complaint. If any client whises to file a grievance they may follow the procedures in the documents provided. In addition, any client may contact me at 614-882-9338, ext 235 for additional information on filing a grievance.
