Move out problem these folks are money hungry they mailed me a letter saying I owe a lump of money for deep cleaning carpet, which I was there three years. I had to argue with the about cleaning my carpet so then I had to borrow a carpet cleaning from my neighbor to try to keep up with my own cleaning. Then all the closet doors stayed falling off the hook so I just folded them up places them in corners because they never fix them correctly. Like we have a package deal your walls get touched up every year your lease get renewed which of course they never did they said I haven't payed rent since Aug. 2024 but signed a paper saying I don't owe any rent but now for some reason I owe the for Aug./Sept. lucky I paid with my bank then I called trying to discuss the things they say I owe with John Contron he is so unprofessional he was yelling in the phone telling me I haven't paid anything since august like you can't even go one day of missing a payment these folks so money hungry they will beat your door down if you miss payments like I never seen a business this unprofessional then john emails me with threats saying he will get the process off putting this on my rental report in something else as to I asked him not to contact me I'm no longer a resident there if course his unprofessional was not there. He still was emailing me with threats I have pictures, of me moving out in how I left the unit this whole company is a joke stay away you have to pay to park your cars there. Resolution Sought I would like the business owners to reach out to me with someone other then John Contron, like how can you allowed someone like him work for them they have all my contact information.

A Deposit Disposition has been mailed out to the forwarding address that was provided by the lease holders. This disposition shows any/all move out fees that have been assessed as well as the application of any security deposit to those fees. In the case of Ms. Graham's account, her move out fees have exceeded the amount of her deposit. We have also sent to Ms. Graham's email a copy of the Move Out Inspection that was performed by site management. This shows the condition of the unit upon move out and provides proof for the fees listed. In her conversation with Mr. Cintron she made it clear that she shouldn't owe any charges. Once Mr. Cintron sent over the copy of the inspection Ms. Graham responded that she didn't want to be sent any further information.
