I tried to apply for an apartment but I was unable to continue my application. When I tried to get help no one answered the phone. They are now trying to charge for an incomplete rental agreement when I was not even able to complete the application. Resolution Sought I want them to refund my money and not report to the credit bureau.

I was shocked to see 95 complaints against this company. Probably should consider a class action suit against them. In May 2021 we paid them $120 for backround check ,which came out clean . Then we filed an application for Lake Sumnter Reserve Senior. We went to their office and filled it all out on their computer and gave Tracy(onsite manager) the details. We tried to call them several days later but nobody would answer the phone so we went a gain to their office. They told us that we had to file a supplemental income statement for my wife as she made $350 sale of South American blankets (which we handed them ) . They also wanted somesort of addedum to federal income tax that we filed for 2020. We told them it didnt exist as it wasnt required. Our income in fact is below the threshold for even filing federal income tax . We left the next day to go to Ecuador. After 2 weeks we received several emails from this company (not Tracy the manager) . They asked for the addedum again ( the one that we actually handed them at their office) Then a few days later Tracy sent us the same email asking for the addedum & the supplemental income statement, as if we never handed to her. We email explaining that she already had the supplemental income statement and that the income tax addedum didnt exist and was never required for federal income tax filing. Several weeks later we got an email that said our application was cancelled. Then another that saying that we were denied. Resolution Sought I would like them to refund $300 back to my credit card (Barclay Bank)
