Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I had contacted them with helping negotiate my cc debt. Part way through the first year I wanted to changed my payment due to loosing hours at work. No one would help me. Months went by and I had to quit the program. They negotiated one card in 16 months. There was $1136.68 left in my account they took that I was told would be credited back to me. Then after they took that they said I owed them another $2000. So what would anyone pay them to negotiate cc's when This is way more. Worst place I have ever dealt with. Went to them for help and now I'm in worse shape than I was. Resolution Sought Refund my $1136.68 and not owe them anything. They have put me in a worse spot!
