My complaint is the water bill that we pay here in Ferriday LA at Concordia Water Works. I no it's not there fault that we're late on our water bill sometimes, but it states clearly on back of bill 100.00 dollars late charges on all bills 60 days old and it's never 60 days and they still charges us 100.00. Today I paid 267.77 and it's not first time on bill that is being double. for there gain off poor people that can barely pay one month water bill, but if you call them on water problem, they can't come, you got put in work order that don't get looked at until months. Resolution Sought I would like for someone to stand up and take notice .call them on what there doing hold them accountable for what's printed on there bill in blue ink. I struggle everyday enough is enough. they have been doing this for years when does it stop.
