I submitted a credit application a week before this past Saturday and was told I was approved for zero down and I went in to look at the selection I had credit but I didn't have enough credit for the Murano they had a 2020 Nissan rogue it was a manufacturer pre-owned with 9,000 miles on it I was told I could get into that still with zero down and I was willing to pay tax and tags so I didn't have to finance that money after two and a half hours and after signing all the papers the salesperson went to go make copies for me and came back and said that cuz I asked about the $2,000 he had written in down payment when I was told I can do it for zero down and he said that's a wash because of all the incentives no it was there a way of forcing me to put a down payment on the car after telling me everything was cool and we signed all the papers they refuse to give me the key to the car without me giving them $2,000. I have thought a complaint with Nissan headquarters customer affairs and they advise me to also call the finance department head office because I had been approved signed everything and try to strong on me to pay a $2,000 deposit when I the whole time was told I after two and a half hours I walked away with nothing except for I'm I asked for the papers that all papers I had signed back which the sales manager very rudely handing me each page one by one taking his time. Hold because I have a Pennsylvania license I can buy a vehicle in Delaware and they're not even in De. Resolution Sought I want the finance that I signed and was going to get the keys for for the vehicle that I went all the way to the end of the process and they dangled the keys like a carrot in my face I was paying the taxes and title and I was told that you know zero down when I asked what the $2,000 was and it was like they're instead I was going on we just had it needed to put it on the line and still as you're signing it no one said it was a down payment.

There were a few sticking points that we ran into with Mr. Carter 1) refused to give the downpayment @ delivery 2) refused to get a Delaware drivers license ( while Delaware is ok with him having a PA dl the lender requires an " In state DL ") 3) the paystub had the name Edward Farter on it not the customers actual name We certainly understand where Mr. Carter is coming from, and empathize with his situation . My feelings were that there were too many loose ends to proceed with a delivery and have the customer owing us these documents . We did apologize to Mr. Carter for not catching the paystub and drivers license issue in the very beginning, which seemed to be his biggest issue. There are more details that I can provide if needed , but these are the salient points. We would love to earn Mr. Carter's business, so if he can provide proper documentation that the financial institution is requiring we would be more than happy to get the deal completed.
