May 10, 2021 Wayne Robertson said he would come and remove concrete forms, pick up his equipment and fill in all the ruts in the yard he made pooping concrete. He was Paid and has never returned. He has been contacted several times saying he would come and then not show up. Also the back patio is not slanted correctly and water is backing up against house. Resolution Sought To come remove forms, take his equipment, put back the guttering. Clean up his messes around the work. Fill in ruts. Fix back patio do water will drain off of it instead against house.

No one has been here. No work has been done since May 10, 2021. Concrete Construction Specials, Wayne Robertson has not come back to repair the concrete work. I have also talked to 3 others since this has happened where he did not come back to finish the job or repair the poor work that he did. He has been sent the pictures and called me and said that it was not an acceptable job and it had to be busted out and repoured. Again, he reassured me that he would be out last weekend to redo the job. He never showed up again.
