I gave him 500 deposit to redo my concrete apron, job was 2500, 2 months prior to Covid. He said he couldn't get permit due to township being shut down. When things resumed, he said it was the weather. Then he got covid, then hospital. He told me repeatedly He would return my deposit. The last time I called, he said he wasn't doing business, and i wasnt getting my money. What do I do now? Resolution Sought Get back my $500 deposit

Company states a refund check will be sent to customer on Monday for the full amount. The company never received the funds, it appears that Mike Goldstein took customers money however company as a courtesy will send her the money she paid.

I am sorry to say I have not yet received the check from the business owner and my mail did come today. I am feeling sad again.
