The Way 2 Go Card Representatives have been very unprofessional. My debit card suddenly stopped working on Saturday February 1st 2025. I contacted the company about this multiple times. Representatives informed me that the card was not locked and it was activate. I was advised to try the card with a different merchant and a different ATM. The card still did not work at multiple merchants and atms. On Sunday 2/2/2025 I was advised that a new card will be ordered and expedited, but they are going to charge me $12.92 for the card. I do not agree that I should be charged for a card that suddenly stopped working and there is no explanation for it. I was suppose to receive the card within 3-5 business days but I have not received the card. I already waited a month for unemployment to release funds to my account that were delayed. This is very inconvenient. It is my only income for now. Although I recently started employment I will not receive a paycheck for another week. Way 2 Go card representatives. Lack empathy. They are rude and speak with a unprofessional tone. They hang up and speak over me. I need my money for food and basic necessities and they are disregarding the sense of urgency. I have funds on the card that I do not have access to. They have no tracking number to provide or no date of arrival. The Supervisors were rude as well and refuse to provide their name and badge numbers. They are all easily tempered and DETR should not do business with this company. Resolution Sought Terminate Way 2 Card Company and hire a different company to handle unemployment benefits. Inform DETR about this. Advise their employees to speak to customers in a professional way. They need patience, understanding and self control. They provided horrible service. I give them 0 stars.

Dear Sir or Madam: Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc. ("Conduent") is in receipt of Ms. Cooper's February 11, 2025 complaint. In her complaint, Ms. Cooper: i) complained that her debit card stopped working on February 1, 2025; ii) claims that she should not have been charged for expedited delivery of a replacement card; and iii) that Way2Go card representatives were rude. Conduent's records reflect the following: on February 2, 2025, Ms. Cooper called Way2Go because she was having difficulty using her Way2Go debit card at an ATM. However, her account records do not reflect an attempt to use her card at an ATM at all. Instead, her records show that she had successfully used her card multiple times on February 1 and February 2, 2025 (i.e., the date Ms. Cooper alleged her card stopped working and thereafter). In addition, her account records reflect that her card was not suspended or otherwise blocked. During the February 2, 2025 telephone call with Way2Go, Ms. Cooper requested that Way2Go expedite delivery of a new card. Expedited cards incur a $12.00 fee. Here, application of the fee was appropriate. However, and as a courtesy to Ms. Cooper, Conduent has since credited her account by $12.00. Finally, Ms. Cooper alleges that the Way2Go agents were rude. While we are sympathetic to Ms. Cooper, call records do not show that agents were rude. We respectfully disagree with her contention. On Dec 3rd one deposit of 688.00 dollars and another deposit of 344.00 dollars went into my account. On Dec 4th they just disappeared. The card company said it was returned for unpinned deposit. However the sender with it being a mouth should have gotten something about the return. That unfortunately is not the reality of the situation. Now the card company is giving me more false information every time I call them. I've requested to speak with someone in management just to be denied any and all communication with anyone that may could help. Resolution Sought I would like the 1032.00 returned back to me.
