Direct Express department took all of my money and froze my account and lied on social security office and someone from Charlotte NC and they never sent me proof of anything else and they cancelled the old credit card and they turned around and did the same thing with the new credit card ?? and I contacted the inspector general about this situation and social security and the sheriff department and filed a police report and nothing has happened yet ?? and I'm about to be homeless because of this situation ?? and I'm on disability now?? and they are still holding my money?? Resolution Sought Get my money back ?? or they should face criminal charges??

Someone cancelled my card so a new one was sent to me. Now I've sent in my proof for verification of who I am and was told that it would be 24 to 26 hrs from time I sent it in to be verified. I sent it at 9:16 pm last night May 3, 2024 and was told by 11 pm tonight May 4 my card would be activated by now at 12:23 May 5 I'm being told it will be be 36 hrs now. This company is stealing people's money and the workers are rude and unprofessional. Resolution Sought The company fined everyday that my money is being kept from me and awarded to me.
