Get better employees learn proper professional etiquette learn empathy or be shut down people have serious problems and the are so unpleasant.
I used the services once, the drive refused to follow GPS and insisted on asking me for directions even though I explained I had never been to this new facility. It was raining that day and he didn't want to provide door to door service and also wanted to drop me off on the side street because he didn't see the address. Then directing me to then walk in to the plaza. I then kindly ask if he would drop me of in the plaza because the facility would most likely be inside the plaza. This was in January. I was then asked how many time do I come to the Dr how many times will I be using this service. Which I replied not sure referrals take time I've been going through up and do illness since 2015 I've switched my dr numerous times so I'm not sure. This month March 2019 I've been able to receive referrals, so I calmed and tried to set up services I was then told I'd have to be approved which I had already been in the system. I also was told I'd get a call back in a hr which never happened I personally called back 2 days later and spoke with Carrie who was very unprofessional. We spoke on dates times and distance. I was told it would be a waist of time for them to come out because the distance was so short though my first service was a short distance as well. I asked why I never received a call back. She giggled and said ooh I may have left a message on the wrong phone then giggle again and said ooh girl sorry I no that's so unprofessional. She told me she could GPS it for me or2 wa
