Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I watched them cash two Hispanic individuals without any sort of ID at all. Before I came up there I inquired about cashing a rebate check using my government issue method on clinic pictures ID. The men before me got their pictures taken, filled out paperwork, and were done within a few minutes. I stepped up and was told my check was fraudulent without anyone verifying my check, or looking at my ID. I am a white female. I was then handed a cell phone with the owner on the line telling me to exit his building or police would be called. I was confused because not only did I call before I came, but was told if my check was verified it could be cashed. When I asked if it was my ID that was the problem he said no I deal with that all the time it was my check was fraudulent. I called United insurance to ask about it and was told that they could issue me another check, but there was nothing wrong with the one I had. So my complaint is that I was treated unfairly do to my race. And I am sure it's illegal to just cash any check without any verification whatsoever that the check being cashed belongs to the person cashing it and that is what I witnessed while attempting to do business there. The cashier never verified those ppls check, they were filling out first time customer paperwork, got there pictures taken on a cell phone, then got their money. Yet here I am with several pieces of picture Identification and a verified check, and was threatened with the law. I didn't even get mad. Resolution Sought To investigate this business for illegal activity and check fraud.
