This internet service provider has lied to me on multiple occasions and the quality of their service has substantially declined over the past two years. I am not receiving the services I'm paying for. I've reached out to them as much as 60 times in a single month for a recurring problem that they can't seem to fix. My internet will drop sporadically and it has cost me time and money. I've gone out of my way, above and beyond to help them in remedying the problem but, they just don't seem to care. I've requested to be contacted by the owner of the company (over 3 months ago) but, have yet to be reached out to. They're the only local internet company in town that doesn't have a data cap so, they ultimately have a monopoly. I would like to note that they do most of their email and calls about their customer service issues through another one of their offices in Jackson, CA and the staff is less than charming. Anytime I get a hold of someone from their Groveland office, they're at least friendly and act concerned. I was paying for one of their premium packages at over $120 a month. Since they couldn't deliver that, I downgraded to one of their lowest and have been on a $70 a month package since. The quality of the $70 package has been no different. Resolution Sought All I want is to receive services paid for. That's all.

Hi Eric, we are sorry but we have not heard from you since we left you messages in February, we would like to get your service fixed, but cannot do so when we cannot reach you. Now that our state has reopened, our Groveland is open to customers walking in. Please come by Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm. Or please give us a call at 866-378-8393. We have three office people staffed in the Groveland office. Our phone is also picked up by a smaller staff in San Andreas. Please let us help get this resolved for you.
