This company sent my account to collections. I have the money to pay them through nys erap. They don't return my calls. This is not fair they also took my security deposit and sold the property. Resolution Sought Call me leave me an extension to call. They don't answer messages. Then just upload the document so that the debt is paid and my credit return to normal.

Briefly, my rental pymts are submitted evry mth - in timely manner. Conifer (landlord) left 14day notice on my door (PAY OR QUIT) alleging Landlord is owed 6 mths rent; RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY by providing photocopies of Money Orders as evidence. Hand-delivered same directly to their local office. Attempt to contact their office today (Nov 17/2022) without any success. Proof -of-Payment has been furnished. Resolution Sought Cease this harassments - Cease and Desist. Notice demands $340.00 mthly. Conifer claims delinquency of approx. $1400.00. I beg to differ w/their assessment. On a fixed income; 70 years receiving Soc Sec benefits. Conifer is grossly negligent; need to get their act together.
