Hello! Connect insurance is impossible to get ahold of. I had an accident on August 15th and have called the assigned adjuster and their supervisor multiple times with no call back. I had no choice but to file the claim on my own insurance to start the process of repairing my car. I am owed a substantial out of pocket amount as their policy holder was at fault. Connect insurance is holding my refund hostage and has ceased their communication. Resolution Sought Re-establish communication and issue the refund owed to me.
