I hired Connect Rebuilds to replace subfloor & laminate planks through out my home, rebuild walls, kitchen cabinets and painting. They sent 4 men who couldn't speak English, who used my plywood and replaced a strip of subfloor & flooring thru the living room(approximately 15'x 4' wide) After approximately 2 hrs they left. I tried contacting CR for a week and they wouldn't respond. I then concluded they were ripping me off so I emailed a request for a full refund. They replied they'd only refund $700 of the $3500 deposit because "you changed the contract ". I later found out they picked up materials I'd paid for at Home Depot and kept them, and I found my jewelry missing. Resolution Sought I want my full deposit refunded, plus compensation for materials I paid for, and $2000 for the resulting emotional stress.

Providing a high level of customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and it's disheartening to hear that we fell short of your expectations in this instance. Due to the continuous unproven and slanderous accusations and racist comments by Mrs. Rohrman, it was agreed upon by all parties to provide Mrs. Rohrman a partial refund since a majority of the work was completed. We felt that this would be the best resolution in this case. Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously and will use it as an opportunity to improve our services moving forward. Their response is just their attempt to sidestep the issue and doesn't address the main problem which is of their not performing the work, and refusing to refund the amount paid. Their ridiculous comment about slander & racism is untrue & an attempt to discredit my claim.
