I contacted Malachi Powell LLC in accordance with his contractor services that he had listed on Craigslist his partner is Conner LLC. He went to view my property, I asked for demolition services and he said that can definitely be done they went to view my property at 309 Hudson ave, Troy Ny and we came to an agreement for the services I have not meant these people in person being that I live in Brooklyn we came to a price total or 10,000 or demolish the whole property I signed a contract and Malachi agreed to a payment plan with me then I noticed unusual behaviors through text and decided it was time to meet. Afterwards he was saying they may not be able to get the job done and the company Conner Llc ran off with my money and he doesn't have it, afterwards I haven't heard from anyone.I also have the text to prove. Resolution Sought Refund
