The sales representative told us the extended warranty would cover ANYTHING. My couch broke within 1 years of making payments on it, and the warranty department denied my claim due to "misuse". The couch broke when I sat on it. The representative actually told us "they simply file for a replacement towards the end of their payment contract to simply receive a brand new pi ce of furniture". My credit is now damaged because I refuse to pay on faulty furniture that should have been replaced. Resolution Sought I simply want the furniture repaired or replaced. I will then resume payments. I would additionally prefer the negative effect on my credit dissolved.

I purchased a refrigerator from them and the price was $997. So I was able to get it. After I signed papers that's when I realized they charging me $4000. And to me that's a rip off. $250 for 18 months. False advertising. Resolution Sought Refrigerator is paid for so they don't need to take money out my account anymore.
