I received a return authorization via the 4th repairman to return my washer and Conn's had refused to pick it up. I've been trying for 2 months. They expect me to continue to pay for a unit that is defective and Already approved for a return. They delivered it. They should pick it up. Resolution Sought Conn's picks up the washer and refunds what I have paid so far which is 62.00 dollars
