I subcontracted work for the company above they agreed to pay me a certain amount for painting. I started the job and everything needed two coats I brought this to the attention of the company and they agreed that the one coat was not going to do it so they agreed to pay 1586.00$ instead of the 1300$ originally agreed upon. I took pictures and uploaded daily logs of my work. They told me that the painting was fine. Until payday when they only gave $500.00 and said that they didn't like the painting. This is after they came by every day and inspected the work and had pictures I sent everyday. Then I completed another work order in the same week for 160$ that they haven't paid me. Then when they gave me a $500 dollar check for the painting it bounced in my bank account forever affecting by banking history. Now I can never get a same day check cashed again and my account went negative causing possible fines if I don't have the money to fix the the overdrawn myself. I have a witness the worker I hired to work with me. Todd Smith also my girlfriend ( Sabrina brown) helped work and heard them make promises of giving me more money for the job because of how many coats it took. I have pictures and notes sent the company of my work daily where they told me to continue in person and through text. Resolution Sought I would like them to pay me what they owe.

The complainant left work unfinished. The painting work he did complete was not professionally done. Paint got on the floor, the walls. Our company had to redo the work. Per the contract complainant signed, fees company would incur having to redo work completed by the complainant, would be his responsibility. The complainant was given multiple opportunities to redo the work himself, but he was always unavailable. Company has copy of signed contract and photos of work completed by the complainant.
