The agent Michael Payne was very dishonest with me so he could write policy all he had to do was to tell the truth. I asked him was it a 2yr policy he promise me it wasn't because I told him if it's 2yr don't write they was mess up my policy my bank accounts I just ask him in October if something happen to my husband would he be cover he promise and suppose to be preacher not in God eyesight and now my husband pass away and he mess up.my husband funeral with them, lies he told me my husband laid up in that funeral from the14 until 30th of March the funeral home man feel sorry for me and went on and bury my husband i want them to pay him every penny HE IS OWE I WANT MICHEAL PAYNE NOT BE ABLE TO.WORK.AND I WANT BANKERS LIFE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD WHEN YOU CANT TRUST A SO CALLED PREACHER WHO CAN YOU TRUST. Resolution Sought Pay Williams Funeral 5,000, and to be close down and Michael Payne to tell truth and stop lying and his business license to be revoked. And his preacher license.

Left messages with John Ennis , no return call. Licensed agent. Dawn Johnson- L127774000 Policy R981732309. Resolution Sought Re issue the money due me in the above amount. I have their letters from 11/17/23 if copies are needed?
